Our Philosophy
At Mike's Fitness we believe that in order to achieve a personal goal, we must first help the client define specific and realistic goals. Set a time frame to achieve short term and long term goals. Then we must develop an exercise and nutrition program to achieve those goals. At Mike's Fitness it is the trainers job to help the client maintain a positive mental attitude. Also to motivate the client to accept challenges and over come obstacles in order to ensure the continuance of a healthy life style.
